spa (specialising in the resurgence of traditional forms of natural healing from around the globe) is to represent as many
nationalities as possible for the melting pot of cultural traditions we promote. Hence, Port Douglas Day Spa is an opportunity

Port Douglas Day Spa is extending its hand to work together with Himalayan Healers to address the issue of Untouchables together

Lisa McLeod is doing this from her home. Recently we have funded apprenticeship to an indigenous girl for her beauty therapy

its whole foci on practicing a blend of modern and traditional therapies in line with Spa as a Culture. Based
on Eastern and middle European healing techniques all the therapies here are unique and more customised in Port Douglas Day
Spa Culture and fashion. Incorporating Ayurvedic concepts of five body elements: fire, water, earth, air and space, we offer
all variety of treatments. Stone massage, Hydro therapy, Neti massage, Shirodhara, Meditation, Yoga, Body wraps, Aromatherapy,
etc. are our popular treatments to experience the best. Apart from these we also practice Chinese herbals for
any health issues like low appetite, sinusitis, flu, etc. We are using two very popular Australian brands: New
Directions and 100% skin certified Mukti Botanicals. In very near future we will have faculty from Nepal to practice here
Ayurvedic range of herbs and products too.
